The cost is one third of the expected total annual compensation plus expenses.  Fees and expenses are due in three equal payments; at the time of engagement, during final candidate selection, and the first day of work.

Career Coaching includes initial assessment, resume review, interview preparation, regular support calls, and negotiation guidance over 12 weeks for $3,000 for businesses, payable upon commencement. 

Truly a tremendous value for transitioning professionals, this service is sensitively discounted for individuals subject to availability at $1,500, payable upon commencement.
